The posting

Job&Talent France recrute pour l’un de ses clients un Manoeuvre (H/F). Vous participez à la préparation, à l’exécution et au nettoyage des travaux, tout en respectant les consignes de sécurité.

Vos Missions principales

Sous la supervision de votre chef de chantier, vous aurez comme missions principales :

- Préparer les matériaux, les outils et l’espace d’intervention

- Transporter les matériaux (placo BA13, portes, sable, ciment, briques, etc.)

- Aider à la mise en place des éléments de construction

- Nettoyer les surfaces et les espaces d’intervention

- Démolir, percer ou creuser selon les besoins

- Monter et démonter des échafaudages simples

- Assister les maçons, électriciens, plombiers ou autres corps de métier

- Évacuer les gravats et déchets de chantier

Horaires

- Durée de travail : 35h - Horaires de travail variables en fonction des chantiers

Conditions de travail

- Travail en extérieur (intempéries possibles)

- Port de charges lourdes

- Travail physique et répétitif

- Horaires variables selon les chantiers

- Respect strict des règles de sécurité

Salaire & Avantages de cette mission:

Profil recherché

- Vous avez une expérience sur un chantier BTP de minimum 1 an

- Formation sécurité chantier (type AIPR ou équivalent) appréciée

- Carte BTP obligatoire

- Savoir lire écrire et parler Français

Compétences requises

-Bonne vigilance et sens de l’observation

-Capacité à communiquer clairement (gestes, consignes orales)

-Respect strict des règles de sécurité

-Réactivité face aux situations imprévues

-Connaissance des règles de signalisation de chantier (souhaitée)
