Nous recherchons pour l’un de nos clients basé sur le secteur de Parçay-Meslay un(e) MURISSEUR DE BANANE H/F.

Missions principales du poste de Murisseur – Transformation et suivi des produits

  • Surveiller, contrôler et accompagner le processus de maturation des produits (fruits).
  • Procéder à la réception, à la vérification et au rangement des marchandises à maturer selon les protocoles définis.
  • Mettre en œuvre les techniques de murissage adéquates (température, aération, hygrométrie, utilisation des agents de maturation selon les consignes du site).
  • Effectuer des relevés réguliers (température, taux d'humidité, évolution du produit) et assurer un suivi rigoureux en remplissant les fiches ou en saisissant les informations dans le logiciel de gestion.
  • Détecter et signaler toute anomalie (non-conformité, défaut de maturation, risque sanitaire) auprès du responsable d’équipe.
  • Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et de traçabilité tout au long des opérations.
  • Participer au conditionnement et à la préparation des commandes après maturation selon les règles internes.
  • Assurer le nettoyage et la désinfection des outils, locaux et zones de stockage.

Profil recherché – Compétences et qualités pour le poste de Murisseur

  • Première expérience dans un environnement agroalimentaire, logistique, entrepôt frigorifique ou transformation alimentaire appréciée.
  • Rigueur, sens de l’observation et autonomie indispensables.
  • Bonne capacité d’adaptation, organisation et réactivité face aux imprévus.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement avec l'ensemble du personnel.
  • Respect des consignes de sécurité et d’hygiène strictes.
  • Connaissances de base en gestion de stocks, manipulation de denrées périssables, suivi informatique (atout).
  • Formation dans le secteur agroalimentaire, logistique, ou équivalent (CAP/BEP ou expérience significative).
  • Port de charges – Bonne résistance physique requise.

  • Contrat : CDI.
  • Horaires : journée, équipe 2x8.
  • Poste à pourvoir dès que possible.
  • Rémunération selon profil + primes éventuelles;
