JobandTalent recrute un Responsable d'exploitation pour l'un de ses clients spécialisé dans le secteur de la logistique à ANDREZIEUX.

Vos Missions principales

Pilotage de l'exploitation

  • Organiser, coordonner et superviser les activités logistiques (réception, stockage, préparation de commandes, expédition).
  • Garantir le respect des engagements clients en matière de qualité, coûts et délais.
  • Adapter les ressources humaines et matérielles selon les volumes d'activité.
  • Définir les priorités opérationnelles et assurer la continuité de l'exploitation.
  • Superviser plusieurs secteurs et les Chefs d'Équipe.

Management

  • Encadrer et accompagner les Chefs d'Équipe et leurs équipes.
  • Participer au recrutement, à l'intégration et au développement des collaborateurs.
  • Fixer les objectifs individuels et collectifs.
  • Réaliser les entretiens annuels et accompagner la montée en compétences.
  • Développer une culture de performance et de sécurité.

Horaires

  • Durée de travail : 35h (avec possibilité d'heures supplémentaires).

Profil recherché

  • Bac +3 à Bac +5 en Logistique, Supply Chain ou Transport.
  • Expérience significative en management d'exploitation logistique.
  • Expérience confirmée en management de plusieurs équipes.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils WMS, Excel et des indicateurs de performance.
