The posting

Job&Talent France recrute en contrat de travail temporaire (mission d'intérim) pour son client à Lorient (56).

Vos missions principales

  • Organiser, planifier et superviser l’ensemble des activités de production sur le site
  • Assurer la tenue des plannings et la répartition des tâches en 2x8 ou 3x8
  • Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité (BPF, HACCP, traçabilité)
  • Garantir le bon démarrage, le réglage et l’arrêt des lignes en lien avec la maintenance
  • Contrôler la conformité des produits et piloter les actions correctives en cas de non-conformité
  • Manager, animer et former les équipes (briefings, suivi des compétences, remplacements)
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance (rendement, pertes, taux de rebut) et rédiger les comptes‑rendus
  • Gérer les priorités opérationnelles et communiquer avec les services logistique, qualité et maintenance
  • Participer aux actions d’amélioration continue (5S, Lean, qualité) et aux réunions d’équipe

Horaires

- Travail en 2x8 ou 3x8 selon organisation du site

- Astreintes possibles ; disponibilité pour interventions ponctuelles (minimum 2 ans d'expérience en postes alternants demandée)

Salaire & avantages de cette mission

  • Rémunération selon profil et expérience (à discuter lors de l’entretien)
  • Primes d’équipe et/ou d’astreinte selon planning
  • CET rémunéré à 10%

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en management d’équipe en production (agroalimentaire ou industrie similaire)
  • Connaissance des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP, BPF) et des procédures de traçabilité
  • Capacités d’organisation, d’analyse et de prise de décision en situation de production
  • Leadership, bon relationnel et aisance à manager des équipes en 2x8/3x8
  • Disponibilité pour astreintes ponctuelles
  • Permis B apprécié (site partiellement desservi)
