Job&Talent France recrute en CDI un technicien de maintenance (H/F) pour son client à Donnery (45). Poste en 3x8, responsable des interventions de maintenance curatives et préventives des ateliers, dans le respect des exigences coût, délai, qualité / hygiène / sécurité et protection de l’environnement.

Vos missions principales

  • Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle des installations du site, en réalisant des interventions de maintenance curative et préventive.
  • Diagnostiquer les causes de dysfonctionnement des lignes et des équipements : analyse des informations, réglage des paramètres techniques et proposition de solutions.
  • Évaluer la durée et les moyens nécessaires à chaque intervention et planifier les actions en conséquence.
  • Réaliser les dépannages sur l'ensemble des installations en respectant les consignes et en assurant la transmission d'informations aux équipes.
  • Garantir l'exécution du programme de maintenance préventive : contribuer à la préparation, à l'organisation et à la réalisation des opérations en suivant les modes opératoires.
  • Respecter et promouvoir les règles QHSE (qualité, hygiène, sécurité, environnement) lors de toutes les interventions.
  • Rédiger et mettre à jour les rapports d'intervention, les plans de maintenance et les documents techniques associés.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes production et engineering pour améliorer la fiabilité des installations et réduire les arrêts.

Horaires

  • Organisation : poste en 3x8
  • Travail en horaires tournants (matin / après‑midi / nuit) selon planning

Salaire & avantages

  • Rémunération : 34K annuel brut

Profil recherché

  • Formation : Bac +2 en maintenance industrielle ou équivalent (BTS, DUT, etc.)
  • Expérience : 2 à 5 ans en tant que technicien(ne) de maintenance en industrie
  • Compétences techniques : électricité, pneumatique, hydraulique, mécanique ; capacité à lire et interpréter schémas et documentations techniques
  • Savoir-faire : diagnostic, réglage, dépannage, suivi de plans de maintenance préventive
  • Qualités personnelles : rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’organisation, esprit d’équipe et bonnes capacités de communication
  • Respect strict des règles QHSE

Pré-requis

  • Diplôme Bac +2 en maintenance industrielle
  • Expérience professionnelle de 2 à 5 ans en industrie
  • Disponibilité pour travailler en 3x8
