The posting

Job&Talent France recrute pour son client un(e) technicien·ne mécanique. Vous intervenez au sein de l’équipe maintenance pour assurer les opérations de maintenance corrective et préventive des équipements et machines en journée, du lundi au vendredi.

Vos missions principales

  • Intervenir sur la maintenance corrective des équipements mécaniques : diagnostic, démontage, réparation et remontage
  • Réaliser la maintenance préventive selon les plans établis : contrôles, réglages, lubrifications et remplacements de pièces
  • Monter et démonter des ensembles mécaniques, réaliser des réglages et alignements (poulies, chaînes, engrenages, roulements…)
  • Participer aux mises en service et aux améliorations d’installations en collaboration avec les équipes production et automatisme
  • Rédiger des comptes‑rendus d’intervention et mettre à jour la documentation technique dans la GMAO
  • Proposer des actions d’amélioration pour fiabiliser les équipements et réduire les temps d’arrêt
  • Respecter et faire respecter les règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et d’environnement du site
  • Intervenir ponctuellement en astreinte selon l’organisation (9 astreintes d’une semaine)

Organisation des équipes et horaires

  • Horaires : journée, du lundi au vendredi
  • Poste en présentiel au sein de l’atelier maintenance

Salaire & Avantages

  • Salaire annuel payable sur 13 mois : 30 000 – 31 000 € selon profil
  • Bonus annuel : jusqu’à 3% (prime annuelle d’environ 800 €)
  • Prime vacances fixe annuelle : 2 450 €
  • Prime de nuisance fixe : 564 €
  • Intéressement / participation : environ 7 000 €
  • Astreinte : 9 astreintes d’une semaine rémunérées 400 € chacune (total 3 600 €)
  • Tickets restaurant et mutuelle d’entreprise

Profil recherché

  • Formation technique : CAP / BEP / BAC pro / BTS en maintenance industrielle, mécanique, électromécanique ou équivalent
  • Expérience sur poste similaire en industrie appréciée
  • Compétences en mécanique générale : usinage de base, lecture de plans, ajustage, bridage et tolérances
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer et proposer des solutions durables, rigueur et sens de l’organisation
  • Autonomie, esprit d’équipe et bonnes capacités de communication
  • Permis de conduire souhaité

Certifications / habilitations appréciées

  • Habilitations mécaniques ou spécifiques aux équipements (ex. CACES pour levage si nécessaire)
  • Formation sécurité / gestes et postures
  • Connaissance des outils GMAO
