The posting

Job&Talent France recrute en contrat de travail temporaire (mission d'intérim) pour son client à Lorient (56).

Vos missions principales

  • Réaliser les contrôles qualité en réception et en production : analyses visuelles, contrôles dimensionnels, pesées, contrôles microbiologiques et physico-chimiques selon protocoles
  • Vérifier la conformité des matières premières, ingrédients et produits finis, y compris produits carnés (porc inclus) ; appliquer les critères d’acceptation et rejet
  • Assurer la traçabilité des lots et renseigner les documents de suivi (rapports, fiches qualité, non-conformités)
  • Mettre en œuvre et suivre les plans d’actions corrective et préventive en cas de non-conformité
  • Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (BPF, HACCP) et des procédures internes
  • Participer aux audits internes et externes et préparer les éléments demandés
  • Contribuer aux actions d’amélioration continue (5S, Lean, indicateurs qualité)
  • Former et sensibiliser les opérateurs aux bonnes pratiques qualité et hygiène
  • Collaborer avec les services production, maintenance et logistique pour garantir la qualité tout au long du process

Horaires

- Poste en 2x8 ou 3x8 selon l’organisation du site

- Travail possible le week-end ; astreintes ponctuelles selon planning

Salaire & avantages de cette mission

  • Rémunération selon profil et expérience (détaillée lors de l’entretien)

Profil recherché

  • Expérience souhaitée en contrôle qualité agroalimentaire (idéalement 1 à 2 ans en production)
  • Aucune contre‑indication à manipuler des produits agroalimentaires, y compris viande/porc
  • Connaissance des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP, BPF) et des exigences de traçabilité
  • Rigueur, sens de l’observation et esprit d’analyse
  • Capacité à travailler en équipes postées (2x8/3x8) et à s’adapter aux plannings variables
  • Bon relationnel et aptitude à communiquer avec les différents services
  • Permis B apprécié (site partiellement desservi)
