Arbejdsopgaver

  • Gennemføre vurderinger af boliger og rådgive sælgere om salgsmuligheder
  • Drive og udvikle egen portefølje af boligsager
  • Planlægge og afholde fremvisninger samt åbent hus-arrangementer
  • Forhandle købsaftaler og sikre en professionel gennemførelse af salgsforløb
  • Opbygge og vedligeholde relationer til kunder og lokale samarbejdspartnere
  • Bidrage til opsøgende salgsaktiviteter og skabelse af nye kundeemner

Faglige Kvalifikationer

  • Du er uddannet ejendomsmægler, trainee, ejendomshandler eller har relevant erfaring fra branchen
  • Du har erfaring med kundekontakt, salg eller rådgivning
  • Du kan opbygge tillid og skabe langsigtede kunderelationer
  • Du arbejder struktureret og følger dine sager til dørs
  • Du er komfortabel med opsøgende kontakt og salgsaktiviteter
  • Du kommunikerer professionelt både mundtligt og skriftligt
  • Du har kørekort B
