Stillingen kombinerer administrative opgaver med koordinering på tværs af organisationen. Du arbejder tæt sammen med både ledelse, projektansvarlige, kolleger og eksterne samarbejdspartnere for at sikre, at projekterne gennemføres effektivt og med høj kvalitet.

Arbejdsopgaver

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver

  • Koordinere projektaktiviteter, tidsplaner og ressourcer
  • Følge op på deadlines, aftaler og projektmilepæle
  • Udarbejde og vedligeholde projektplaner, dokumentation og rapportering
  • Sikre løbende kommunikation mellem interne og eksterne interessenter
  • Håndtere administrative opgaver relateret til projekter og drift
  • Understøtte projektledere og ledelse med data, opfølgning og planlægning

Faglige Kvalifikationer

Om dig

  • Du har erfaring fra en rolle som projektkoordinator, projektassistent, planlægger eller lignende
  • Du har stærke administrative kompetencer og arbejder systematisk
  • Du er fortrolig med Microsoft Office-pakken og generelle IT-systemer
  • Du har erfaring med koordinering af opgaver, ressourcer eller projekter
  • Du følger op på aftaler uden at miste overblikket over øvrige opgaver
  • Du kommunikerer klart og professionelt med både kolleger og samarbejdspartnere
  • Du tager ansvar for dine opgaver og sikrer, at tingene bliver afsluttet
