Som procesoperatør bliver du en central del af dagholdet, hvor du har ansvar for at overvåge og styre produktionsprocesser, sikre produktkvalitet og håndtere maskinerne korrekt. Du bliver en del af et team, hvor samarbejde, præcision og ansvarlighed er i fokus. Du skal betjene maskiner i produktionen, og hjælpe til hvor der er behov. Der forventes ikke, at du har erfaring med arbejdsopgaverne, men at du er frisk på at lære. Det kan af og til være fysisk hårdt, og arbejdet er på skiftehold med dag og aftenhold.

Arbejdsopgaver

  1. Overvågning af produktionsudstyr og sikre optimal drift.
  2. Udføre kvalitetskontrol under produktionsprocessen.
  3. Opstart, justering og nedlukning af maskiner
  4. Sikre overholdelse af sikkerhedsprocedurer og -standarder.
  5. Samarbejde med kolleger og team for at sikre effektiv kommunikation.
  6. Bidrage til løbende forbedringer af produktionsprocesserne.

Faglige kvalifikationer

  1. Fordel hvis uddannet procesoperatør eller erfaring fra lignende stilling
  2. Fordel hvis du har kendskab til automatiserede anlæg og processtyring
  3. Teknisk forståelse og evne til at arbejde med produktionsudstyr.
  4. Grundlæggende kendskab til sikkerhedsprocedurer og -standarder.
  5. Dansktalende
  6. Truckcertifikat er en fordel, men ikke et krav

Personlige kvalifikationer

  1. Du arbejder struktureret og tager ansvar
  2. Du er mødestabil og kan lide at arbejde selvstændigt
  3. Du har et skarpt øje for detaljer og kvalitet
  4. Du trives i et roligt arbejdsmiljø med faste rutiner
  5. Du bidrager positivt til teamet og den gode stemning

Arbejdstider og løn

  1. Arbejdstiderne er 7-15 på daghold, og aftenholdet er 14-22. Det er hver anden uge vagtskiftet sker.
