The posting

Som industritekniker bliver du en vigtig del af produktionen, hvor du arbejder med CNC-bearbejdning på både Mazak- og Okuma-centre. Du får ansvar for opsætning, programmering og optimering af produktionen, og du er med til at sikre stabile processer og høj kvalitet.

Arbejdet spænder fra enkeltstyksproduktion til mindre serier, hvor der stilles krav til præcision og forståelse for tolerancer. Du arbejder ud fra tekniske tegninger og foretager løbende justeringer for at sikre optimal drift og effektiv produktion.

Du indgår i et team med høj faglighed, hvor der er fokus på samarbejde og udvikling og hvor din erfaring med forskellige CNC-styringer kommer i spil.

Stillingen er på skiftehold, og det er derfor vigtigt, at du trives med både dag- og aftenarbejde. Man forsøger dog så vidt muligt at placere medarbejdere på daghold, medmindre der er ønske om fast aftenhold

Arbejdsopgaver

Programmering og betjening af CNC-maskiner (Mazak og Okuma)
Opsætning af værktøj og emner
Produktion efter tekniske tegninger
Måling og kvalitetskontrol
Optimering af processer og køretider
Fejlfinding og løbende justering

Faglige Kvalifikationer

Uddannet industritekniker eller lignende
Erfaring med Mazak, Okuma eller lignende CNC-styringer
Erfaring med CNC drej og/eller fræs
Kan læse og forstå tekniske tegninger
Kendskab til måleværktøj og tolerancer

Personlige kvalifikationer

Arbejder struktureret og præcist
Kvalitetsbevidst og detaljeorienteret
Kan arbejde selvstændigt
Mødestabil og ansvarsbevidst
Trives med skiftehold
