Som aluminium klejnsmed bliver du en del af et værksted, hvor der arbejdes med lette konstruktioner og komponenter i aluminium. Du vil være involveret i hele processen, fra klargøring af materialer til færdig samling og finish.

Arbejdet kræver en god forståelse for materialet, da aluminium stiller særlige krav til håndtering, varme og svejsemetode. Du kommer til at arbejde med både enkeltdele og mindre serier, hvor der er fokus på pasform, styrke og et pænt visuelt resultat.

Der arbejdes ud fra tekniske tegninger, og du vil løbende tilpasse og justere undervejs for at sikre, at emnerne lever op til kravene. Samtidig indgår du i et team, hvor sparring og samarbejde er en naturlig del af hverdagen.

Arbejdsopgaver

  • Svejsning i aluminium (TIG)
  • Opbygning og samling af konstruktioner
  • Tilpasning og efterbearbejdning af emner
  • Arbejde efter tekniske tegninger
  • Kontrol af mål, pasform og finish
  • Samarbejde med kolleger i produktionen

Faglige Kvalifikationer

  • Erfaring som klejnsmed eller lignende
  • Erfaring med aluminium og TIG-svejsning
  • Kan læse og forstå tekniske tegninger
  • Erfaring med tyndplade eller lette konstruktioner
  • Erfaring fra værksted eller produktion

  • Har øje for detaljer og finish
  • Arbejder præcist og struktureret
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt
