Tâches ##

  • Soutenir les gestionnaires de patrimoine dans leurs opérations bancaires quotidiennes.
  • Clarifier les demandes clients dans divers domaines financiers.
  • Collaborer avec les conseillers clients pour optimiser les processus.

Compétences ##

  • Formation commerciale ou équivalente dans le secteur financier requise.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication avec les clients.
  • Intérêt pour le secteur de l'investissement et capacité d'analyse.

Ce que tu accompliras

  • En tant que premier point de contact, tu soutiens les gestionnaires de fortune externes dans leurs opérations bancaires quotidiennes, par exemple pour l-ouverture de comptes, la gestion des comptes et les ordres boursiers.
  • Tu clarifies les demandes des clients dans différents domaines, de la gestion de placements au crédit.
  • Tu assistes nos conseillères et conseillers clientèle dans les opérations quotidiennes, notamment dans la préparation et le suivi des entretiens clients.
  • Pour toute question relative à l-e-banking, tu es un soutien pour notre clientèle.
  • Tu participes activement à des projets d-optimisation des processus de travail et au développement du secteur.

Ce que tu apportes

  • Tu disposes d-une formation commerciale achevée ou équivalente dans le secteur financier.
  • Tu as déjà une première expérience professionnelle dans le domaine bancaire.
  • Une formation continue en cours ou achevée au niveau HF ou FH est un avantage.
  • Le domaine des placements t-intéresse et tu souhaites approfondir tes connaissances spécialisées dans ce secteur.
  • Dans le contact avec les clientes et clients, tu convaincs par une attitude respectueuse et assurée.
  • Tu possèdes d-excellentes connaissances en allemand. Des connaissances en anglais sont un atout.
