Tâches ##

  • Analyser les besoins d-approvisionnement et négocier les prix.
  • Identifier et développer de nouveaux fournisseurs tout en assurant leur suivi.
  • Entretenir des relations de confiance avec les fournisseurs stratégiques.

Compétences ##

  • CFC d-employé(e) de commerce ou formation équivalente requise.
  • Excellentes capacités de négociation et d-analyse.
  • Aisance dans un environnement bilingue, français et allemand.

Nous souhaitons recruter un/e Acheteur(-euse) industriel(-le) FR/DE 100% (H/F)

Mission : ##

  • Analyser les besoins d-approvisionnement, lancer les consultations et appels d-offres, puis négocier les prix et les conditions commerciales.
  • Identifier, sélectionner et développer de nouveaux fournisseurs tout en assurant le suivi et l-évaluation de leurs performances.
  • Entretenir des relations de confiance avec les fournisseurs stratégiques.
  • Suivre l-évolution des marchés et des coûts afin d-identifier des opportunités d-optimisation et de réduction des dépenses.
  • Rédiger, négocier et assurer le suivi des contrats fournisseurs.
  • Établir et analyser les reportings liés aux achats.
  • Gérer les non-conformités fournisseurs et mettre en place les actions correctives nécessaires.

Profil ##

  • Titulaire d-un CFC d-employé(e) de commerce, d-une formation dans les achats ou d-un titre jugé équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée d-au moins 5 ans dans le secteur de l-industrie métallique.
  • Bonnes connaissances de l-allemand (ou suisse allemand) et excellente maîtrise du français.
  • À l-aise dans un environnement bilingue et dans les échanges avec des fournisseurs germanophones.
  • Excellentes capacités de négociation, d-analyse et de communication.
  • Personne rigoureuse, organisée et autonome.
  • Esprit orienté solutions et sens des priorités.
