Fonction de base

La Otisline est à la disposition des usagers des installations Otis (ascenseurs, escalators, monte-charge, etc.). Il s-agit d-organiser l-aide aux personnes bloquées, ainsi que de transmettre les demandes de réparation aux techniciens de service. Ceci par téléphone, par la surveillance et la gestion de différents systèmes d-alarme, ainsi que par courriel.

Responsabilités

  • Réception des appels en français, allemand et italien
  • Saisie des données dans un système propre à Otis
  • Transmission des cas aux techniciens de service
  • Effectuer différents travaux administratifs
  • Gérer différentes boîtes courriels

Qualifications/ Expérience/ Connaissances

  • Trilingue français, allemand, italien ou bilingue avec de bonnes connaissances de la troisième langue
  • A l-aise en informatique (système dix doigts avantageux)
  • Forte orientation client
  • Bonne gestion du stress
  • Premières expériences en Call Center bienvenues, mais pas indispensables

  • Ponctualité, disposition à travailler selon des horaires irréguliers
  • Sociable et communicatif avec bon esprit d-équipe
  • Loyal et investi
