Nous sommes un centre de contact client établi à Bienne avec environ 100 collaborateurs engagés et proposons une gamme complète de services autour de la gestion orale et écrite des demandes clients - notamment pour des entreprises des secteurs automobile et assurance maladie. Avec compétence, flexibilité et sens du service, nous aidons nos clients à acquérir de nouveaux clients ou à renforcer durablement les relations existantes.

Pour élargir notre équipe dynamique et en forte croissance, nous recherchons dès maintenant ou selon accord des personnes communicatives qui aiment conquérir de nouveaux clients ou les conseiller et accompagner professionnellement.

Vos tâches :

- Vente et prise de rendez-vous par téléphone

- Approche active des clients avec charme et persuasion

Nos attentes :

- Suisse allemand sans accent (langue maternelle)

- Très bonnes compétences communicatives et fortes aptitudes/expérience en vente indispensables

- Plaisir du contact téléphonique avec la clientèle

- Fiable, ponctuel et aimable

- Méthode de travail efficace et précise

- Très bonne capacité de compréhension

- Travail de qualité et autonome

- Flexibilité concernant les horaires (au moins 3 soirées, les autres interventions libres), interventions régulières le samedi un atout

- Idéal aussi pour les personnes en reconversion, les nouveaux entrants ou comme emploi secondaire flexible
