Tâches ##

  • Encadrer et soutenir les participants dans divers travaux d'entretien.
  • Aider dans les domaines artisanaux du programme de travail.
  • Conduire des entretiens d'entrée et de sortie avec les participants.

Compétences ##

  • Formation professionnelle artisanale, idéalement dans le jardinage ou l'entretien.
  • Expérience en intégration sociale et professionnelle.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et maîtrise des outils bureautiques.

Le service spécialisé en intégration professionnelle de la ville de Thoune soutient les personnes sans emploi et bénéficiaires de l'aide sociale dans leur intégration professionnelle et sociale. Nous proposons des places d'engagement temporaires dans nos propres programmes de groupe (mission de travail Thoune, atelier créatif et d'artisanat Alpenrösli et station vélo Thoune) ainsi que dans des entreprises externes. Pour une activité significative, centrée sur la personne, nous recherchons, selon accord, pour une durée déterminée jusqu'au 31 décembre 2027, un/une ###

Vos tâches :

  • Diriger, guider et accompagner les participants dans le domaine de l'entretien, de l'entretien des parcs, du bois de chauffage, des sentiers de randonnée, du nettoyage et d'autres travaux d'entretien
  • Assister dans tous les domaines artisanaux de la mission de travail (menuiserie, peinture, logistique de l'atelier créatif et d'artisanat)
  • Conduire les entretiens d'entrée et de sortie ainsi que les entretiens de situation avec les participants au programme au sein d'équipes interdisciplinaires
  • Diverses tâches administratives, y compris la gestion du système de suivi des cas

Vous apportez :

  • Une formation professionnelle artisanale CFC, de préférence dans le domaine de jardinier/jardinière, paysagiste, forestier/forestière, spécialiste en entretien des installations
  • Une formation complémentaire dans le domaine de l'animation de travail
  • Une expérience dans le travail d'intégration sociale et professionnelle avec des personnes en situation difficile
  • Une manière de travailler autonome et une bonne maîtrise des applications Office courantes
  • Des compétences en communication et en gestion des conflits, de l'initiative personnelle et une pensée en réseau
  • De la détermination, un esprit d'équipe, de la résistance au stress, de la loyauté et de l'autonomie
  • De l'humour et du calme, même en période de forte activité
  • Permis de conduire B
