Mission

  • Le Termineur en Habillage Horloger est chargé de donner une esthétique parfaite aux parties constitutives d-une montre telles que carrures, fonds de boîtes, maillons de bracelets, fermoirs ou de pièces de bijouterie à l-aide de différents supports (disques en toile, brosses) recouverts de matière abrasive. Ils effectuent leurs tâches manuellement à l-aide d-outils spécifiques.
  • Pendant 3 ans, notre formation duale est assurée en interne par notre Responsable Formation expérimenté, en lien avec l-école professionnelle technique de Porrentruy.

Responsabilités

  • Apprentissage de l-organisation et de la préparation du travail en fonction des directives et des gammes opératoires ;
  • Apprentissage de la préparation minutieuse des pièces issues de l-usinage, en procédant à l-ébavurage et à la correction des surfaces pour obtenir une base parfaitement propre et régulière ;
  • Apprentissage des différents types de finitions de surfaces tels que le poli miroir, le satinage, le microbillage, en utilisant des outils (disque à polir en toile avec pâte abrasive, brosse à satiner, air comprimé de microbille) et machines spécifiques.
  • Effectuer des contrôles visuels et dimensionnels rigoureux pour vérifier l-homogénéité des finitions, l-absence de défauts et la conformité aux standards élevés.

  • Vif intérêt pour la mécanique, le dessin technique et le travail des métaux.
  • Parfaite adéquation avec nos attitudes fondamentales (Qualité, Respect, Engagement, Coopération, Ouverture au changement).
  • Bonne acuité visuelle.
  • Bonne capacité de concentration.
  • Dextérité et habileté manuelle reconnue.
