DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la concrétisation des projets. Véritable interface entre la conception et le chantier, vous veillez à la traduction précise des intentions architecturales en plans d-exécution détaillés et en solutions techniques fiables. Vous travaillez en collaboration avec les équipes internes, les bureaux d-études et les entreprises intervenantes afin de garantir la qualité, le respect des délais et du budget.

PROFIL RECHERCHE

  • Diplôme d-architecte ou équivalent (EPFL, HMONP, MPQ, Master..),
  • Expérience minimum 5 ans en exécution, idéalement en entreprise générale ou en maîtrise d-œuvre d-exécution,
  • Excellente maîtrise de Revit (indispensable pour le poste),
  • Solide connaissance des réglementations et normes de construction (SIA, DTU, accessibilité, sécurité incendie-),
  • Bon relationnel, capacité à travailler en équipe et à interagir avec les différents corps de métier,
  • Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous disposez d-une solide expérience dans la préparation de dossiers d-autorisation de construire et d-exécution.
  • Autonomie et sens de l-organisation.

VOS MISSIONS

  • Élaborer et mettre à jour les plans d-exécution et détails techniques sous Revit,
  • Assurer la coordination technique avec les chefs de projet et entreprises partenaires,
  • Participer aux réunions de chantier et suivre l-avancement des travaux,
  • Vérifier la conformité des travaux réalisés par rapport aux plans et normes en vigueur,
  • Proposer des solutions techniques adaptées en cas de modifications ou d-imprévus,
  • Garantir la qualité, le respect des délais (et des budgets) sur vos projets,
  • Demander les autorisations de construire,
  • Animer les séances avec les acquéreurs et Maître d-ouvrage.
