Compétences ##

  • Diplôme d-architecte EPF ou équivalent, 3-5 ans d'expérience.

Nous souhaitons recruter un/e Architecte - Poste fixe à 100%

Mission : ##

  • Concevoir des projets architecturaux en fonction des besoins du maître d-ouvrage.
  • Réaliser les études préliminaires, esquisses, avant-projets et dossiers de mise à l-enquête.
  • Élaborer les plans d-exécution et les détails techniques.
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants du projet (ingénieurs, mandataires, entreprises, autorités).
  • Préparer les appels d-offres et analyser les soumissions.
  • Assurer la direction architecturale des travaux et le suivi de chantier.
  • Contrôler les coûts, les délais et la qualité des réalisations.
  • Veiller au respect des normes de construction, de sécurité et des réglementations suisses.
  • Participer aux réceptions d-ouvrages et au suivi des levées de réserves.

Profil ##

  • Diplôme d-architecte EPF, HES, EAAL ou formation étrangère jugée équivalente.
  • Expérience professionnelle de \[3 à 5 ans\] minimum dans le développement de projets architecturaux.
  • Une expérience acquise en Suisse constitue un avantage important.
  • Bonne connaissance du contexte de la construction suisse.
  • Maîtrise des différentes étapes d-un projet, de la conception à l-exécution.
  • Excellente compréhension des détails constructifs, des matériaux et des techniques du bâtiment.
  • Capacité à coordonner plusieurs intervenants et disciplines techniques.
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités, les délais et plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Aisance dans la communication avec les maîtres d-ouvrage, autorités, mandataires et entreprises.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d-analyse et sens des responsabilités.
  • Bon esprit d-équipe et capacité à travailler dans un environnement pluridisciplinaire.
  • Francais obligatoire et un bon niveau d-Anglais (C1).
