ARCHITECTE/RESPONSABLE DE CHANTIER 80-100% H/F/D

En tant que direction adjointe de Ramseier Integral AG, vous accompagnez une équipe de spécialistes et contribuez, grâce à vos compétences, à la réussite des projets de construction.

Le poste

  • Vous dirigez de manière autonome des projets de rénovation et de construction neuve de petite à moyenne envergure à différentes phases du projet
  • Vous calculez les projets de construction selon BKP ou eBKP-H et élaborez des plans de coûts ainsi que des budgets de construction
  • En tenant la comptabilité de chantier, y compris les écritures spécifiques aux corps de métier, vous gardez le contrôle des coûts du projet
  • Vous préparez soigneusement les réunions avec le maître d-ouvrage, présentez l-état d-avancement du projet, y compris le suivi des coûts, l-avancement des travaux et le contrôle des délais, et rédigez ainsi que traitez les procès-verbaux des réunions
  • Vous rédigez des dossiers de candidature pour des concours de prestations globales
  • En tant que coach, vous soutenez les conducteurs de travaux et chefs de projet internes

Votre profil

  • Idéalement, vous disposez d-une formation en architecture ou en technique du bâtiment avec une formation complémentaire appropriée (par ex. architecte, technicien, conducteur de travaux ou chef de chantier) ainsi qu-une expérience pertinente en conduite de chantier
  • Vous avez de l-expérience dans le calcul de projets de construction de petite à moyenne envergure ainsi que dans l-élaboration de documents d-appel d-offres
  • Une première expérience dans des projets de maître d-œuvre général et d-entrepreneur total est indispensable
  • Vous possédez des connaissances approfondies en développement de projets, notamment en analyses de marché, calculs de rentabilité et concepts de financement
  • Votre sens de la négociation avec les autorités, investisseurs et partenaires externes vous distingue
  • Votre capacité de décision et votre compétence en gestion des risques font partie de vos points forts
