Créer au lieu d-administrer. Développer au lieu de conserver. Au Humanushaus, plus de 100 personnes ayant besoin de soutien vivent et travaillent. En tant que partie intégrante du mouvement mondial Camphill, nous créons, sur une base anthroposophique, des espaces de vie où la communauté, le développement et la participation sont au centre.

Notre lieu de rencontre de quartier pour les personnes âgées ayant besoin de soutien traverse une phase passionnante de réorientation. Les offres existantes sont remises en question, développées et complétées. De nouvelles idées peuvent naître, être testées et mises en œuvre. Pour ce chemin, nous recherchons une personnalité engagée qui ne se contente pas d-accompagner, mais qui réfléchit, co-crée et rend l-avenir possible.

À partir du 1er février 2027 ou selon accord, nous recherchons une personne qui aime faire naître du neuf.

Vous travaillez avec des personnes âgées ayant des besoins de soutien variés et créez avec elles un quotidien porteur de sens, renforçant les ressources et permettant le développement. Vous apportez activement votre créativité, vos compétences artisanales et vos idées. Vous pensez en termes de possibilités plutôt que de limites et prenez plaisir à développer davantage une offre journalière innovante avec une équipe engagée.

Vous avez des idées, de l-énergie, de l-humour et un cœur pour les gens. Alors vous pourriez être exactement la personne que nous recherchons.
