Fort de son expertise de plus de 30 ans dans le médical nous recherchons un(e) Assistant- administratif(ve) à 100% pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Responsabilités

  • Travaux de secrétariat général
  • Préparation des offres selon plans, confirmation des commandes, factures pour le mobilier, la lustrerie, les rideaux et du matériel divers
  • Gestion des commandes et contrôle des confirmations, planification et contrôle des livraisons, contrôle des factures fournisseurs
  • Travaux administratifs liés à la gestion du mandat (chantier)
  • Traitement des demandes d'acomptes et factures débiteurs
  • Travaux administratifs liés à l'organisation des séminaires
  • Travaux administratifs spécifiques selon demande du responsable Marketing / Direction
  • Travaux de rédaction relatifs au système qualité ISO 9001
  • Participation aux séances hebdomadaires

Qualifications

  • CFC d-employé de Commerce ou équivalence
  • Expérience professionnelle confirmée
  • Informatique : maîtrise de MS Office
  • Maîtrise du français écrit et oral
  • Sens de l'organisation
  • Sens des priorités
  • Autonomie
  • Résistance au stress
