ABARISK SA recherche une personne organisée, fiable et polyvalente pour assurer la gestion administrative quotidienne et apporter un soutien à la direction.

ASSISTANT(E) ADMINISTRATIF (VE)

60 à 100 %

Activités principales :

  • Gestion du courrier, des appels, des e-mails et de la correspondance
  • Suivi administratif des dossiers, offres, commandes et contrats
  • Traitement des factures fournisseurs, facturation et relances clients
  • Préparation et transmission des pièces comptables
  • Mise à jour des outils de gestion, classement et gestion documentaire
  • Soutien administratif à la direction et coordination avec les clients, fournisseurs et partenaires

Votre profil :

  • CFC d-employé(e) de commerce ou formation équivalente
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste administratif polyvalent, idéalement en PME
  • Autonomie, rigueur, discrétion et sens de l'organisation
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers, à prendre des initiatives et à travailler en équipe
  • Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft 365 et des outils de gestion; connaissance de Navision appréciée
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit; anglais un atout
