La Haute école de travail social Lausanne (HETSL) réunit sur son site près de 800 étudiant·e·s en formation bachelor en travail social et plus de 2000 professionnel·le·s en formation continue. Ses 220 collaborateur·trice·s et un vaste réseau d-environ 1000 intervenant·e·s externes, lui permettent d-assumer sa mission de formation, de recherche et de prestations de service. Institution privée, attentive à promouvoir un équilibre entre les collaborations académiques et les réalités des terrains professionnels, la Haute école contribue à l-émulation de l-offre de formation assurée par les Hautes écoles vaudoises. Au sein du réseau HES-SO, elle participe à l-enseignement dans le cadre du Master en travail social et à la promotion des études de troisième cycle (doctorat). Son service d-admission et de gestion des études (SAGE) assure le support administratif nécessaire à l-organisation et au bon déroulement des formations de base.

Assistant·e administratif·ve à 80 -100 %, CDD longue durée

Mission

Rattaché·e au Service d-admission et de gestion des études (SAGE) pour la Filière Travail social, vous participez à la gestion administrative du parcours académique des étudiant·es en Bachelor.

Parmi ces responsabilités figurent :

  • Principalement gérer les admissions en renseignant les candidat·es et en traitant les inscriptions, y compris les éléments relatifs à l-expérience professionnelle préalable ;
  • Participer à d-autres tâches du service en fonction des besoins ;
  • Venir en soutien à la réception de l-école ;

Profil

  • Certificat Fédéral de Capacité (CFC) de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent ;
  • Expérience professionnelle de 3 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire ;
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques courants, notamment word et excel sur Mac. La connaissance de IS-Academia est un atout ;
  • Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome, avec rigueur et respect des délais ;
  • Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant activement avec les autres membres du service et de l-école ;
  • Capacité à assumer des périodes d'activité d'intensité variable et à s'adapter à des périodes d'activité soutenue ;
  • Aisance relationnelle dans les interactions avec les candidat·es, les étudiant·es, ainsi qu'avec le corps enseignant et le personnel administratif et technique de la Haute École ;
  • La connaissance du contexte académique ou des Hautes écoles est un atout.
