Notre bureau d-architecture à taille humaine recherche un(e) assistant(e) administratif(ve) pour un poste varié, mêlant les tâches administratives du bureau et des chantiers, ainsi que la comptabilité courante.

Nous recherchons une personne autonome, fiable, organisée et avec un bon esprit d-équipe, qui aime prendre des responsabilités et contribuer à la bonne marche du bureau.

VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Effectuer divers travaux administratifs liés à la gestion des chantiers
  • Traiter les factures courantes par e-banking
  • Assurer le suivi des heures des collaborateurs
  • Passer les écritures comptables et assurer le suivi de la comptabilité courante
  • Préparer les éléments nécessaires au bouclement comptable, en collaboration avec la fiduciaire
  • Assurer l-accueil et la gestion des appels téléphoniques

VOTRE PROFIL

  • CFC d-employée de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Sens de l-organisation, méthodique, flexible et esprit d-initiative
  • Capable de travailler de manière autonome dans un esprit d-équipe
  • Langue maternelle française avec une excellente orthographe
  • Bonnes connaissances orales et écrites d-anglais, un plus
  • Maîtrise des logiciels usuels et de Crésus
  • Formation continue
  • Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité
  • Une expérience dans un bureau d-architecture, dans le domaine de la construction ou dans un service comptabilité constitue un atout
