Tâches ##

La Fondation Maison de Retraite Riedacker se situe à Heimberg, directement au bord de la belle forêt de Buechwald avec une vue sur un magnifique panorama montagneux. Dans deux maisons de résidence, environ 65 personnes âgées et nécessitant des soins reçoivent des soins professionnels et attentionnés ainsi qu-un accompagnement dans une ambiance de vie confortable avec des dégustations savoureuses. Pour compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons dès le 1er décembre 2026 ou selon accord un(e) assistant(e) de soins SRK ou AGS 70-90%

Vous apportez : Diplôme de cours assistant(e) de soins SRK ou assistant(e) santé et social Plaisir à soigner et accompagner les résident(e)s Intérêt et compréhension des besoins des personnes âgées Compétences sociales, engagement, empathie et patience Compétences en soins et sociales ainsi que plaisir dans votre domaine d-activité Connaissances informatiques, bonnes connaissances en allemand Personnalité résistante, fiable et responsable

Vos principales tâches : Vous soutenez et prenez en charge les soins et l-accompagnement individuels des résident(e)s Vous aidez les résident(e)s dans leurs activités quotidiennes et participez à l-organisation de la vie quotidienne Documentation des soins selon les directives BESA
