Produits Epagny SA occupe à ce jour 130 collaborateurs et transforme quelque 1'800 tonnes de matières carnées par année, avec un total de 750 références.

Afin de renforcer notre équipe de vente, nous recherchons un/e :

Assistant/e de vente Junior - 80% à 100%

Vos responsabilités :

  • Gestion des demandes clients : établissement des offres, relances, confirmations de commandes et suivi des réclamations
  • Support à la vente interne : traitement et suivi des dossiers administratifs
  • Contact clientèle : échanges téléphoniques et écrits quotidiens en français et en allemand
  • Animation et événementiel : organisation et animation ponctuelle de dégustations auprès de nos clients et partenaires
  • Communication : mise à jour du site internet et gestion des réseaux sociaux

Votre profil :

  • CFC d-employé/e de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Langue maternelle française ou allemande, avec d'excellentes connaissances de l'autre langue (oral et écrit)
  • Aisance relationnelle, excellent sens du contact et de la communication
  • Rigueur, autonomie et sens aigu de l-organisation
  • Flexibilité, proactivité et très bon esprit d-équipe
  • Bonne gestion du stress et capacité à traiter les priorités efficacement
  • Une première expérience dans le service à la clientèle, l'accueil ou la vente constitue un atout
