Tâches ##

  • Assurer des soins compétents et un accompagnement affectueux des résidents.
  • Soutenir les professionnels de la santé et garantir une bonne communication.
  • Documenter soigneusement tous les processus de soins et d'accompagnement.

Compétences ##

  • Personnalité ouverte, expérience en soins de longue durée, connaissance de la démence.
  • Compétences en soins palliatifs et système RAI/RUG appréciées.
  • Excellentes compétences en informatique et maîtrise de l'allemand.

Nous sommes une maison de retraite engagée dans la prise en charge de la démence ainsi que dans les soins palliatifs en soins de base pour 84 personnes à partir de 18 ans. Le concept de soins est basé sur les soins de référence au sens maïeutique.

Nous recherchons un/e assistant/e en santé et social ou aide-soignant/e SRC, taux d-activité 80%-100%

Vos tâches - Soins compétents et accompagnement attentionné de nos résident(e)s - Soutien des professionnels de santé au quotidien et garantie d-une transmission d-informations sans faille - Documentation responsable de tous les processus de soins et d-accompagnement pertinents

Votre profil - Personnalité ouverte, engagée avec une manière de travailler autonome - Expérience en soins de longue durée, idéalement avec des personnes atteintes de démence - Connaissances en soins palliatifs et dans le système RAI/RUG sont un avantage ou volonté d-apprendre présente - Connaissances solides en informatique - Très bonnes compétences orales et écrites en allemand (au moins B2) ainsi que compréhension de l-allemand suisse
