Le secteur des personnes âgées et des soins de la ville de Winterthour propose une offre de services variée pour la population de la ville de Winterthour dans les cinq centres pour personnes âgées ainsi qu'avec Spitex. Pour nos soins de longue durée au Centre pour personnes âgées Oberi, qui offre un foyer confortable à un total de 150 résidents, nous recherchons dès maintenant, pour un contrat à durée déterminée jusqu'à fin avril 2027, une personne dynamique, engagée et intéressée.

Vos tâches ##

  • Assistance dans les soins et l'accompagnement individualisés, orientés sur les besoins et les ressources, dans le cadre du système de personnes de référence
  • Participation à l'organisation quotidienne adaptée aux besoins des résidents
  • Disponibilité pour des services raccourcis
  • Intervention uniquement en service de jour (service du matin et/ou du soir)
  • Travail le week-end

Votre profil ##

  • Formation d'assistant(e) en soins, assistant(e) en santé et social ou aide-soignant(e) Croix-Rouge suisse avec au moins 1 an d'expérience professionnelle
  • Autonome, engagé(e), résistant(e) au stress et responsable
  • Expérience en soins de longue durée et connaissances informatiques
  • Compréhension du dialecte suisse ainsi que bonnes compétences orales et écrites en allemand (au moins niveau B1)
