La Fondation Echaud, un établissement socio-éducatif, recherche un assistant en soins.

Tâches ##

  • Accompagner les adultes polyhandicapés au quotidien.
  • Dispenser des soins médicaux sous la supervision d'un infirmier.
  • Collaborer avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire pour des projets éducatifs.

Compétences ##

  • CFC d'assistant en soins ou d'éducateur socio-éducatif requis.
  • Bonnes compétences en travail d'équipe et en organisation.
  • Aisance en informatique et intérêt pour le polyhandicap.

La Fondation Echaud est un établissement socio-éducatif qui accueille 80 personnes adultes polyhandicapées ou présentant une paralysie cérébrale grave médicalement reconnue, souvent en présence de différents troubles et déficiences supplémentaires. Pour un remplacement de congé maternité au sein de notre équipe éducative des structures décentralisées, située à Yverdon-les-Bains, où un accent tout particulier est mis sur l-intégration sociale, nous recherchons pour une date à convenir, un/-e :

Assistant/-e en soins et santé communautaire ou éducateur/-trice assistant/e socio-éducatif/-ve entre 80% et 100% ##

Le Poste : ###

  • Contrat de travail de durée maximale jusqu-au 31 août 2027
  • Exercer au sein d-une équipe éducative composée de personnes de formations différentes.
  • Accompagner au quotidien, week-ends selon tournus, les bénéficiaires en individuel et collectivement, afin de leur procurer confort et qualité de vie.
  • Dispenser des soins médico-techniques délégués en rapport avec le niveau de formation, sous la responsabilité d-un infrimier.
  • Travailler avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire pour l-élaboration et le suivi des projets pédagogiques et programmes thérapeutiques des bénéficiaires.
  • Organiser des loisirs, sorties, camps et activités extérieures avec les bénéficiaires.
  • Participer aux colloques éducatifs y compris aux réseaux intersecteurs.
  • Collaborer avec les familles, représentants légaux, spécialistes divers.
  • Gérer les tâches administratives relatives aux bénéficiaires et à l-équipe éducative.

Le Profil : ###

  • CFC d-assistant/-e en soins et santé communautaire ou CFC d-assistant/-e socio-éducatif/-ve, ayant à cœur d-enrichir l-accompagnement des bénéficiaires par la diversité, la complémentarité des parcours.
  • Intérêt pour le polyhandicap et les soins d-hygiène et de confort.
  • Aisance dans le travail en équipe, organisation et fiabilité.
  • Bonnes connaissances en informatique.
