Tâches ##

  • Prendre en charge les patient·es en urgence avec l'équipe multidisciplinaire.
  • Effectuer des prélèvements biomédicaux et analyses sur place.
  • Réalisations d'examens radiologiques et assistance lors d'interventions.

Compétences ##

  • CFC d'assistant·e médical·e ou équivalent requis.
  • Excellente capacité de communication et travail en équipe.
  • Résilience et bonne gestion du stress sont essentielles.

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes : ##

* * * Prendre en charge les patient·es consultant en urgence en collaboration étroite avec lâ équipe multidisciplinaire ; * * * Effectuer les différents prélèvements biomédicaux, réaliser les analyses sur place et assurer l'envoi des échantillons aux laboratoires partenaires ; * * * Réaliser les examens radiologiques ; * * * Assurer la prise en charge technique et clinique des patients (actes de soins, examens et assistance lors de petites interventions chirurgicales) ; * * * Accompagner les patient·es : documenter et transmettre les informations nécessaires concernant leurs situations médicales ; * * * Maîtriser les processus de travail dans les domaines de la correspondance et de l'organisation ; * * * S'assurer de la bonne organisation de la consultation médicale et garantir une communication de qualité avec les interlocuteurs internes et externes (patients, familles, hôpitaux, centres médicaux, etc.). * *

Vos atouts : ##

* * * CFC d'assistant·e médical·e ou titre jugé équivalent ; * * * Certificats « techniques radiologiques conventionnelles élargies » et « radioprotection » sont des plus ; * * * Maîtrise des outils informatiques standards ; * * * Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit ; * * * La maitrise de l'anglais est un plus (être capable d'accueillir, de renseigner et de mener une conversation simple) * * * Certificat de pose de voie veineuse, est un plus * *

* * * Excellente capacité de communication et sens du travail en équipe ; * * * Résilience, bonne gestion du stress et des priorités ; * * * Posture proactive, ouverture d'esprit et flexibilité ; * * * Capacité d'adaptation et de remise en question de ses pratiques. * *
