Pour chaque mandat, nous constituons l'équipe adéquate et mettons en œuvre de manière cohérente des stratégies marketing développées individuellement. Nos collaborateurs allient une pensée entrepreneuriale et une connaissance approfondie du marché aux exigences les plus élevées en matière de conseil, de qualité et de service client.

Pour renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons immédiatement ou selon accord :

Assistant Marketing Logement (h/f) 100%

Vos tâches :

  • Soutien administratif et organisationnel de l'équipe pour la première location de projets neufs
  • Traitement des demandes des intéressés ainsi que soutien dans le suivi des intéressés
  • Organisation et coordination des visites et des rendez-vous de visite
  • Vérification et préparation des dossiers des candidats locataires
  • Préparation et gestion administrative des contrats de location et autres documents de location
  • Saisie et mise à jour des annonces en ligne ainsi que actualisation des plateformes marketing digitales
  • Création et préparation des documents marketing, informations sur les objets, analyses et rapports
  • Soutien à la planification et à la mise en œuvre des mesures marketing
  • Prise en charge des tâches administratives générales liées aux mandats de première location en cours

Vous apportez :

  • Formation commerciale achevée ou qualification comparable
  • Première expérience professionnelle dans une fonction administrative ou organisationnelle ; une expérience dans le secteur immobilier est un avantage
  • Intérêt pour l'immobilier et en particulier pour la première location de projets neufs
  • Talent d'organisation ainsi qu'une manière de travailler autonome, structurée et fiable
  • Plaisir du contact avec les gens et forte orientation service
  • Expression écrite sûre et présentation professionnelle
  • Bonnes connaissances de MS Office et affinité pour les outils digitaux
