Spécialisée dans la gérance d'immeubles, l'administration de PPE, le courtage de biens immobiliers et la rénovation d'immeubles, l-entreprise s-est développée discrètement, tout en restant attentive et réactive aux innovations des différentes époques. Guidée par des valeurs d'éthique, de qualité et d'efficacité, GALLAND & CIE SA a pour objectif principal d'assurer le meilleur service envers ses clients, tout en répondant aux enjeux actuels du marché immobilier.

Afin de compléter notre service d'administration de PPE, nous recherchons un.e :

Assistant.e PPE à 100% - CDI

Vos missions :

  • * Collaborer avec l-administrateur PPE dans le suivi complet des copropriétés, en faisant preuve d-organisation et d-un excellent sens des priorités.
  • Assurer le contact avec les copropriétaires, concierges, entreprises et autres intervenants grâce à votre entregens.
  • Préparer les assemblées générales et y participer, avec méthode et anticipation.
  • Rédiger les procès-verbaux ainsi que la correspondance liée aux dossiers en mettant à profit vos capacités rédactionnelles.
  • Assurer le suivi des décisions prises en assemblée, des devis, adjudications, factures et dossiers de sinistres, avec rigueur administrative.
  • Veiller au bon suivi des immeubles et du travail des concierges, en faisant preuve d-autonomie et d-une approche orientée solutions.
  • Participer à la gestion locative de lots isolés et réaliser les états des lieux avec précision

Votre profil :

  • * Vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience dans la gestion de PPE, vous permettant de comprendre les enjeux liés à l'administration de copropriétés.
  • Vous bénéficiez idéalement d-une expérience ou de connaissances dans le domaine de la technique du bâtiment (gérance, bureau d-architecte, bureau technique ou entreprise de construction).
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels ; la connaissance du logiciel Quorum constitue un atout.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d-un permis de conduire.
  • Flexible, vous savez vous adapter aux horaires liés aux assemblées générales et aux besoins du service.
  • Vous présentez une excellente résistance au stress et êtes capable de gérer les imprévus avec efficacité.
  • Vous soignez votre présentation et véhiculez une image professionnelle en toutes circonstances
