Description du poste

En tant qu-Assistant Manager de Restaurant, tu soutiens le Manager du restaurant dans la gestion de l-équipe et veilles au bon déroulement des opérations dans le restaurant. Tu assumes des tâches supplémentaires, incarnes un exemple en matière de sécurité alimentaire, qualité, service et hygiène, et contribues au développement du restaurant. Tu coaches et motives les membres de l-équipe, coordonnes les priorités et favorises un climat de travail positif et respectueux.

Principales responsabilités

  • Diriger l-équipe avec empathie, respect et patience
  • Communication ouverte et gestion constructive des conflits
  • Définir des priorités stratégiques et coordonner les opérations quotidiennes
  • Coacher et soutenir les chefs de service et l-équipe pour une performance optimale
  • Assurer le respect des normes en matière de sécurité alimentaire, qualité, service, propreté et hygiène
  • Utiliser les outils de gestion pour la planification, la gestion de caisse, les commandes et l-inventaire
  • Analyser les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et soutenir les initiatives de développement
  • Soutenir le recrutement, l-intégration, la formation et la fidélisation des employés
  • Gérer les réclamations et créer des moments agréables pour les clients
  • Assurer la maintenance des équipements et le dépannage

Exigences

  • Expérience en gestion d-équipe ou dans la restauration souhaitée
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion des conflits
  • Analytique, organisé et à l-aise avec la technologie
  • Proactif, orienté solutions et désireux d-apprendre
  • Fiable, digne de confiance et résistant au stress
  • Bonne maîtrise de la langue nationale (orale et écrite)
