Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons un Assistant RH & recrutement (H/F). Nous vous proposons un projet professionnel dynamique au sein d'une équipe soudée, avec la possibilité de participer activement à de nombreux projets. Le taux d'activité est flexible et peut varier de 60% à 100% selon votre profil.

Vos futures responsabilités :

  • Vous assurerez la réception et l'accueil des candidats et de nos collaborateurs temporaires.
  • Vous serez responsable de la saisie des heures et de la gestion administrative des missions.
  • Vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié pour les déclarations d'accidents, les demandes d'allocations familiales et les questions relatives aux décomptes de salaire.
  • Vous soutiendrez le processus de recrutement, de l'analyse des candidatures à la présélection des profils.
  • Vous serez un interlocuteur disponible, proactif, flexible et impliqué auprès de nos candidats et collaborateurs.
  • Vous serez un ambassadeur de notre entreprise, de ses valeurs et de ses principes.

Votre profil :

  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et disposez d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles.
  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en portugais, ce qui constitue un réel atout.
  • Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience dans le secteur du placement du personnel ou dans un département RH dynamique.
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels.
  • Vous avez un réel savoir-être (disponibilité, rigueur, relationnel...).
  • Vous êtes une personne de confiance, solaire, souriante et discrète.
  • Vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance de la région biennoise et de ses environs, ce qui constitue un atout
  • Que vous soyez universitaire ou autodidacte, vous êtes avant tout un talent passionné et motivé à apprendre.
  • Vous avez le sens de l'initiative et savez gérer les urgences et les priorités.
