Nous recherchons pour notre site de Paradeplatz/Talacker à ZURICH une assistante éducatrice engagée pour le groupe d'âge mixte.

Quelles sont vos tâches ?

  • Promotion pédagogique et accompagnement des enfants confiés
  • Co-conception d'une journée adaptée aux âges et aux centres d'intérêt des enfants
  • Soutien à la documentation du développement des enfants à l'aide de portfolios
  • Co-conception d'un partenariat éducatif avec les familles
  • Organisation d'excursions et d'activités pour les parents
  • Participation active aux réunions d'équipe
  • Contribuer à une atmosphère de travail familiale et valorisante

Que devriez-vous apporter ?

  • Une formation achevée en tant que FABE, éducateur/trice ou qualifications socio-pédagogiques comparables
  • Formation de formateur professionnel un atout
  • Connaissances spécialisées en petite enfance, travail de projet, méthodes d'observation et de documentation

  • Initiative personnelle, créativité et flexibilité
