Nous recherchons pour notre site STADTPARK à USTER une assistante éducatrice engagée pour le groupe d'âges mixtes.

Quelles sont vos tâches ?

  • Promotion pédagogique et accompagnement des enfants confiés
  • Organisation d'une journée adaptée à l'âge et aux intérêts des enfants
  • Observation et documentation du développement à l'aide de portfolios
  • Encadrement des apprentis au sein du groupe
  • Établissement d'un partenariat éducatif avec les familles
  • Organisation et réalisation d'excursions et d'activités pour les parents
  • Participation active aux réunions d'équipe
  • Création d'une atmosphère de travail valorisante et familiale

Quelles sont vos qualifications ?

  • Formation achevée en tant que FABE, éducateur/trice ou qualifications socio-pédagogiques comparables
  • Formation de formateur/trice professionnelle un atout
  • Connaissances spécialisées en petite enfance, travail de projet, méthodes d'observation et de documentation
  • Esprit d'équipe
  • Initiative personnelle, créativité et flexibilité
  • Méthode de travail autonome, structurée et responsable
