Tâches ##

L'hôpital cantonal de Zoug est au service de la santé de la population du canton de Zoug et des régions environnantes. Environ 1-200 collaborateurs, dont 180 en formation initiale et continue, travaillent dans divers domaines. Chaque année, nous traitons et prenons en charge plus de 11'500 patientes et patients hospitalisés et plus de 70'000 en ambulatoire. Plus de 27'500 personnes sont traitées chaque année dans le centre d'urgence interdisciplinaire. Pour notre cabinet gynécologique à Rotkreuz, nous recherchons à partir du 1er février 2027 ou selon accord une assistante médicale en cabinet à 60 %.

Vos tâches ##

  • Planification et organisation des consultations des médecins du cabinet
  • Tri téléphonique, accueil et première prise en charge de nos patientes
  • Assistance lors des examens, prélèvements sanguins et petits travaux de laboratoire
  • Travaux administratifs incluant l'enregistrement des prestations

Votre profil ##

  • Formation achevée d-assistante médicale en cabinet
  • Talent organisationnel avec méthode de travail autonome, efficace et orientée vers les objectifs, et grand sens des responsabilités
  • Expérience en gynécologie/obstétrique un atout
  • Connaissances en anglais souhaitées, autres langues étrangères un avantage
