Vos missions

  • Vous êtes sur place le premier interlocuteur pour vos clients et les accompagnez de manière compétente et empathique vers une meilleure audition
  • Vous analysez les besoins individuels et en déduisez des solutions adaptées - pour une meilleure qualité de vie de vos clients
  • Après une phase d'intégration structurée, vous commencez votre formation continue soutenue pour devenir maître audioprothésiste
  • À terme, vous prenez la direction de l'audioprothèse dans votre magasin spécialisé - y compris la responsabilité technique, du personnel et économique

Votre profil

  • Vous avez une formation achevée en tant qu'audioprothésiste et disposez d'une première à plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle
  • Vous aimez le contact avec les gens et avez un sens aigu des besoins individuels
  • Vous vous distinguez par une forte orientation service ainsi qu'une attitude empathique et engageante
  • Vous êtes motivé à vous développer professionnellement et personnellement et à franchir la prochaine étape de votre carrière
  • Vous faites preuve d'initiative, de sens des responsabilités et êtes prêt à assumer à terme des responsabilités de gestion
