Tâches ##

  • Encadrer et accompagner les résidents dans leur quotidien.
  • Soutenir les soins corporels et les activités journalières.
  • Participer à la documentation des soins et aux tâches logistiques.

Compétences ##

  • Formation en soins CRS et expérience en soins de longue durée.
  • Attitude chaleureuse et orientée vers le service.
  • Bonne maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit.

Auxiliaire de santé CRS à 80% en CDD de remplacement

Vos tâches

  • Encadrement et accompagnement des hôtes attribués
  • Soutien pour les soins corporels, le mouvement et d'autres activités quotidiennes
  • Proposer à nos hôtes des activités quotidiennes avec des occupations créatives, des promenades, etc.
  • Prise en charge de tâches en tant que personne de référence Logement sur instructions
  • Participation aux rapports de soins et transmission d'observations importantes
  • Rédaction de notes de soins dans notre système de documentation des soins CareCoach (possible en mobilité avec le smartphone CareCoach)
  • Aide aux activités logistiques et ménagères

Votre profil

  • Avoir suivi un cours de soins CRS et effectué un stage dans le domaine des soins de longue durée.
  • Une expérience professionnelle dans les soins de plusieurs années est un atout
  • Une attitude chaleureuse
  • Plaisir à relever des défis variés
  • Bonne connaissance du français à l'oral et à l'écrit
