Le Foyer du Vallon est un établissement médico-social (EMS) dont la mission est d-accueillir des personnes âgées aveugles ou malvoyantes, en leur offrant un lieu de vie de qualité favorisant le maintien de leur autonomie et de leur indépendance.

Descriptif du poste

Votre mission :

Sous la responsabilité de l-infirmier(ère) ou de l-ASSC, vous organisez et dispensez les soins qui vous sont délégués et appliquez les consignes reçues.

Vous accompagnez les résidants et leur entourage dans toutes les situations de vie au Foyer du Vallon.

Vous êtes référent(e) de plusieurs résidants et assurez une transmission claire des informations à l-ensemble de l-équipe.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Dispenser les soins d-hygiène corporelle ;
  • Assurer l-accompagnement quotidien des résidants en respectant leur autonomie et leurs besoins ;
  • Observer l-état général des résidants et signaler toute modification ;
  • Collaborer avec l-équipe soignante et les familles.

Profil recherché

Prérequis pour le poste :

  • Vous êtes en possession d-un certificat d-Auxiliaire de santé Croix-Rouge ou équivalent ;
  • Vous justifiez d-une expérience en tant qu-Auxiliaire de santé auprès de personnes âgées, en institution ou à domicile ;
  • Vous êtes sensible à la prise en charge spécifique liée au handicap visuel ;
  • Vous êtes flexible et disposé(e) à travailler selon des horaires variables, incluant les week-ends, les jours fériés et les horaires coupés ;
  • Votre niveau de français, à l-oral comme à l-écrit, est au minimum B1.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes une personne engagée et responsable, dotée d-un bon sens de l-organisation ;
  • Vous êtes à l-aise avec les outils informatiques (SIEMS est un atout) ;
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et en pluridisciplinarité ;
  • Vous savez vous adapter aux changements et êtes à l-écoute des retours de votre hiérarchie ;
  • Initiative, rigueur, empathie et patience font partie de vos qualités.
