Auxiliaire de santé (H/F) - 90% à 100% - En vue d-un poste fixe

Vos missions ###

  • Accompagner les bénéficiaires dans les actes de la vie quotidienne (aide au lever, coucher, habillage, aide aux repas) pour favoriser leur bien-être et leur maintien à domicile
  • Dispenser les soins d-hygiène, de confort et de base selon votre champ de compétences
  • Observer attentivement l-état général des bénéficiaires et repérer tout changement physique ou psychologique
  • Assurer des transmissions claires et régulières auprès des soignant·e·s référent·e·s (infirmiers, ASSC)
  • Tracer vos interventions quotidiennes sur les outils mobiles dédiés

Votre profil & Exigences ###

  • Attestation ou diplôme d-Auxiliaire de santé (Croix-Rouge suisse, Espace Compétences ou titre équivalent)
  • Reconnaissance Croix-Rouge suisse (CRS) obligatoire pour les diplômes étrangers
  • Niveau de français B2 minimum (oral et écrit)
  • Permis de conduire et véhicule personnel indispensables pour effectuer les tournées
  • Aisance avec les outils mobiles (l'utilisation du logiciel Medlink est un vrai +)
  • Une première expérience en soins à domicile représente un atout supplémentaire
  • Sens du relationnel, discrétion, ponctualité et autonomie
