Altoan Altoan est une société d-accompagnement privé à domicile basée dans le canton de Vaud, active en Suisse romande. Nous accompagnons des personnes âgées dépendantes ou atteintes de troubles cognitifs pour leur permettre de rester vivre chez elles le plus longtemps possible. Altoan développe une offre d-accompagnement live-in et constitue aujourd-hui une équipe restreinte d-auxiliaires expérimentées en vue de ses prochaines missions.

La mission Vous vivez au domicile d-une personne âgée dépendante ou atteinte de troubles cognitifs, par périodes, en alternance avec une autre auxiliaire attitrée. Vos horaires de travail sont définis, et vos temps de repos et vos congés sont planifiés. Vos responsabilités incluent notamment :

  • Présence active, rassurante et structurante au domicile
  • Maintien des repères et du rythme quotidien
  • Prévention des situations à risque
  • Préparation et partage des repas
  • Courses courantes et déplacements accompagnés
  • Soutien à l-hygiène et à l-habillage
  • Entretien du cadre de vie et du linge
  • Coordination avec les proches et les intervenants en place
  • Tenue rigoureuse d-un carnet de transmission

Profil recherché

  • Expérience réussie en live-in en Suisse romande, avec références vérifiables
  • Expérience confirmée en accompagnement de personnes atteintes de la maladie d-Alzheimer ou de troubles apparentés
  • Certificat CRS d-auxiliaire de santé ou équivalent reconnu
  • Prête à vivre au domicile du bénéficiaire par périodes
  • Fiable, patiente, discrète, sens aigu de l-observation
  • Français courant (oral et écrit)
  • Domicile en Suisse ou en zone frontalière, avec permis de travail valable
  • Extrait de casier judiciaire requis
