  • Conseiller sur des questions de droit immobilier et de construction.
  • Participer à des transactions immobilières complexes.
  • Développer des compétences en droit des contrats et en location.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en droit, brevet d'avocat et expérience pertinente.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.

Vous disposez d-un diplôme universitaire supérieur à la moyenne, du brevet d-avocat et d-une expérience professionnelle pertinente. Vous avez un vif intérêt pour les questions juridiques en droit de la construction et de l-immobilier, notamment dans les domaines des transactions immobilières, du droit des contrats d-entreprise et des contrats de mandat, du droit du bail et du fermage ainsi que des contrats hôteliers. Vous avez de préférence déjà acquis des connaissances dans ce domaine et êtes prêt(e) à vous y développer davantage avec le soutien de nos avocats et avocates.

Vous êtes capable de vous familiariser rapidement avec des dossiers complexes. Votre expression en langue allemande est assurée et vous possédez d-excellentes compétences en anglais, tant à l-oral qu-à l-écrit. Vous travaillez avec un haut niveau d-engagement, de manière ciblée, orientée vers la solution et de façon autonome. Vous êtes résistant(e) au stress et motivé(e) à faire vos preuves dans un environnement exigeant et à contribuer à la croissance de notre équipe construction et immobilier.
