Tâches ##

  • Conseiller et représenter clients en droit de la construction.
  • Rédiger et négocier des contrats de construction et de services.
  • Gérer les litiges en matière de droit de la location et des voisins.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en droit reconnu, expérience en droit de la construction exigée.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en allemand.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.

Tâches ##

Dans ton rôle, tu apportes joie et enthousiasme dans la relation avec nos clients. Ton engagement et ta présence authentique contribuent de manière décisive à une expérience client positive. Tu te concentres sur les domaines clés suivants :

  • Droit de la construction et de l'urbanisme : Tu conseilles et représentes les maîtres d'ouvrage, investisseurs, entreprises et le secteur public, depuis les procédures d'autorisation de construire, d'opposition et de recours jusqu'à la représentation devant les autorités et les tribunaux
  • Droit des contrats d'entreprise : Tu rédiges et négocies des contrats d'entreprise, de planification et de maîtrise d'œuvre / entrepreneur général (y compris les normes SIA) et accompagnes les projets de construction jusqu'à la réception et la gestion des défauts
  • Droit du bail : Tu rédiges des contrats de location et gères les litiges locatifs et de voisinage
  • Droit public des marchés : Tu accompagnes les procédures d'appel d'offres depuis la mise au concours jusqu'à la protection juridique
  • En complément, tu traites des questions de droit immobilier et administratif, élabores des stratégies de négociation et participes à des expertises juridiques
  • Avec l'expérience appropriée, tu gères rapidement des mandats de manière autonome et transmets ton savoir aux collègues plus jeunes

Qualifications ##

  • Tu disposes d-un brevet d-avocat suisse ou étranger reconnu en Suisse
  • Tu as plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle en droit de la construction ou dans des domaines juridiques connexes
  • Tu as déjà traité des mandats ou procédures de manière autonome ou es prêt à assumer rapidement plus de responsabilités
  • Tu as obtenu un master en droit avec une bonne note
  • Tu as une pensée entrepreneuriale, apprécies le contact direct avec les clients et souhaites développer les mandats et relations clients dès le début
  • Tu fais preuve d-une grande autonomie, d-initiative personnelle et d-esprit d-équipe
  • Tu maîtrises parfaitement l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit
  • Tu recherches et apprécies la collaboration avec des avocats dans un cabinet d-affaires
