Responsable construction & projet

Variété, responsabilité et projets que l'on peut vraiment voir à la fin ! En gestion de projet dans la construction, tu accompagnes nos magasins migrolino lors de nouvelles constructions et rénovations, de la planification à la réalisation, et tu façonnes ainsi notre image dans toute la Suisse.

Ce que tu accomplis ###

  • Responsable de la gestion complète des constructions des magasins migrolino existants et nouveaux dans la région attribuée
  • Direction des équipes de planification de la phase préliminaire à la réalisation
  • Calcul des coûts approximatifs comme base pour les ordres d'investissement
  • Responsable des travaux d'entretien des magasins
  • Assurer la mise en œuvre conforme à notre CI / CD
  • Coordination et garantie des interfaces constructives avec les bailleurs
  • Surveillance du respect des coûts de construction
  • Réalisation de la réception, organisation de la correction des défauts et gestion de la remise des constructions avec la vente
  • Coordination des rendez-vous avec les planificateurs externes, bailleurs et vendeurs
  • Assumer ponctuellement de petites tâches de conduite de chantier

Ce que tu apportes ###

  • Formation : École supérieure spécialisée
  • Domaine : Formation professionnelle achevée en tant que dessinateur en construction avec une formation complémentaire en tant que chef de chantier ou architecte HES
  • Expérience professionnelle : Plusieurs années d'expérience dans un poste similaire en gestion de construction ainsi qu'une expérience en conduite de chantiers de rénovations et nouvelles constructions
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans un poste similaire en gestion de construction ainsi qu'une expérience en conduite de chantiers de rénovations et nouvelles constructions
  • Expérience dans la réalisation de magasins de petite surface, de préférence dans le secteur du commerce de détail / convenience
  • Personnalité responsable et convaincante avec une forte capacité de persuasion
  • Très bonnes connaissances de MS Office
  • Méthode de travail efficace et proactive, ainsi qu'une grande résistance au stress
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements en Suisse
  • Allemand (C1)
  • Français (AVANTAGEUX)
