Chef de projet construction 80 - 100% #

Vos principales tâches ###

  • Responsable de la gestion de projet côté maître d-ouvrage du portefeuille immobilier municipal
  • Mise en œuvre des projets de construction avec l-objectif « Net Zéro d-ici 2040 » en complément des installations photovoltaïques
  • Gestion globale des projets de la planification à l-exécution et à la mise en service
  • Élaboration de bases décisionnelles pour le conseil municipal et communal ainsi que pour la commission scolaire primaire
  • Responsabilité financière et budgétaire, y compris le contrôle, des projets de construction attribués
  • Évaluation, coordination et direction des spécialistes et planificateurs externes
  • Collaboration proactive avec tous les participants internes et externes au projet tels que les utilisateurs, planificateurs, autorités, offices et tiers

Ce que vous apportez ###

  • Diplôme universitaire (spécialisé) en architecture ETH ou FH
  • Formation continue ou connaissances spécialisées avérées avec expérience en gestion de projet
  • Expérience en tant que représentant du maître d-ouvrage dans le secteur public ou pour un maître d-ouvrage institutionnel est un avantage
  • Personnalité engageante et capable de travailler en équipe avec un haut degré d-initiative personnelle et de capacité de persuasion
  • Aisance dans l-expression écrite et orale ainsi que sens de la négociation
