La Haute École Pédagogique BEJUNE forme les enseignant·e·s des cantons de Berne (partie francophone), du Jura et de Neuchâtel. Elle déploie ses activités sur trois sites, situés à Bienne, Delémont et La Chaux-de-Fonds.

La HEP-BEJUNE met au concours, pour la médiathèque du site de Bienne, le poste suivant :

Bibliothécaire responsable ad intérim de 50% à 60%

Vos missions principales

  • Garantir le bon fonctionnement de la médiathèque
  • Piloter et coordonner l-équipe de la médiathèque
  • Contribuer au développement de la médiathèque et de ses prestations, en collaboration avec lesautres responsables de siteset la responsable des médiathèques
  • Mettre en œuvre la politique documentaire et contribuer à la promotion des ressources physiques et électroniques
  • Soutenir la valorisation des activités des médiathèques et garantir l-accompagnement des usagères et des usagers en matière de compétences informationnelles
  • Gérer différents projets en lien avec les médiathèques et participer à des groupes de travail
  • Participer aux tâches courantes de la médiathèque

Votre profil

  • Titre d-une haute école (Bachelor ou Master en sciences de l-information) ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée en bibliothèque académique, avec conduite d-équipe

Compétences attendues

  • Leadership et excellentes qualités relationnelles
  • Aptitude dans la conduite d-une équipe
  • Intérêt et connaissances du monde de la formation
  • Autonomie, esprit d-initiative, dynamisme, créativité
  • Rigueur, sens de l-organisation
  • Coordination, adaptation, travail en équipe
  • Maîtrise du logiciel Alma et de la plateforme swisscovery
  • Aisance avec les outils numériques, bases de données, etc.
  • Intérêt marqué pour l-open science et les enjeux liés à l-IA
