Fortement engagée dans sa transformation digitale, la Vaudoise Assurances désire renforcer ses équipes en charge de l'évolution de ses applicatifs. Pour nous accompagner, nous recherchons un/e Business Analyst (h/f/x) 80 - 100% au sein de notre équipe Service client avec une forte affinité pour les solutions front web.

La mission est de créer, grâce au digital, des expériences utilisateurs à valeur ajoutée pour nos clients. A ce poste, vous jouez un rôle central entre le métier et l'informatique, en qualité de partenaire privilégié pour le Product Owner et le chef de projet.

Les diverses missions qui vous attendent :

  • Préparer et animer les séances pour identifier et définir les besoins
  • Rédiger les user stories et mener les travaux d'analyse sur les fonctionnalités
  • Conseiller les parties prenantes sur les alternatives métiers et techniques (internes et/ou externes)
  • Traduire les besoins en spécifications techniques, en lien avec le SI et l'architecture
  • Collaborer activement avec les Product Owner, Experts Métier et la delivery team
  • Accompagner et participer aux sessions de tests fonctionnels et UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Ce qui vous rend unique :

  • Formation supérieure type EPF, HES, HEC, UNI ou autre titre jugé équivalent en Informatique / domaine technique avec une composante informatique / expérience professionnelle équivalente
  • 3 ans à 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du développement de plateformes digitales omnicanale type e-commerce, espace client, Website, SEO etc...
  • Connaissances des outils et solutions digitales usuel (CMS, HTML, CSS, Analytics, API etc.)
  • Expérience réussie en gestion de projets agiles, dans le domaine des assurances un atout
  • Idéalement certification en business analyse et bonne compréhension de l'architecture globale IT et les problématiques d'intégration
  • Français courant, anglais (C1 minimum), l'allemand un atout

Vous êtes organisé, proactif, curieux et enthousiaste, et vous aimez travailler en équipe dans un cadre pluridisciplinaire. Vous êtes également capable de piloter un sujet de manière autonome, et enfin grâce à votre sens de la communication, vous avez un très bon relationnel
